Kenneth Lenz, Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney
After serving 3 years in the U.S. Army, Kenneth Lenz attended school at the America International College in Massachusetts. After graduatingcum laudefrom AIC, he entered the Western New England College School of Law, later graduating with distinction. Mr. Lenz went on to teach at the school before serving as the Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Consumer Protection Division.

John Barton, Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney
Mr. Bartonhas been a licensed attorney since 1992 and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He ran his own practice for six years before joining the Lenz Law Firm in 2009. Born and raised in Connecticut, Mr. Barton attended school at Trinity College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. Mr. Barton then studied at and graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. During his time there he was an editor for the prestigious Minnesota Law Review.

Sandra Eagle, Bankruptcy Paralegal
As a paralegal, Sandra handles intake interviews, preparation ofcomplex bankruptcy petitions and adversary matters. She was a legalassistant/paralegal at Ullman, Perlmutter Sklaver for ten years, afirm that specialized in bankruptcy and civil ligation. She joined theLenz Law Firm in 2004.
Prior to joining the Firm, Sandra attended the Erie County TechnicalInstitute. She has a husband and three children, including onewho is a lawyer.

Joan Sotere, Bankruptcy Paralegal
Joan currently works as a legal assistant at our firm. Her dutiesinclude initial contact with potential clients, intake interviews,preparation of bankruptcy petitions, and document packages for trustees.Prior to joining our team in January, 2010, she was a legal assistantreceptionist at Ullman, Perlmutter Sklaver. Joan spent 19 yearsthere honing her skills in assisting with bankruptcy, family law andlitigation.
