After serving 3 years in the U.S. Army, Kenneth Lenz attended school at the America International College in Massachusetts. After graduating cum laude from AIC, he entered the Western New England College School of Law, later graduating with distinction. Mr. Lenz went on to teach at the school before serving as the Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the Consumer Protection Division.
Fifteen years ago, Mr. Lenz decided to specialize in bankruptcy law because he saw how much families were struggling with debt and financial entanglements. He realized how empowering the fresh start a bankruptcy filing combined with experienced financial management could be in the lives of consumers and business owners.
Attorney Kenneth Lenz has been licensed to practice law since 1977. He is currently the member of numerous law organizations such as the executive boards of the Connecticut Bar Association's Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section; Chairman of the New Haven Country Bar Association's Bankruptcy Committee and a member of the Lawyer Referral Services Board of Directors. Mr Lenz also remains an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He is the former managing partner of Dice, Maloney & Lenz, P.C., an eleven-attorney firm.
