PERSONAL INJURY: representing individuals injured in motor vehicle, train, ship and airplane accidents, slip & fall cases, and wrongful death cases, in Conn. State and Federal Courts. He regularly tries cases before juries and courts, and has successfully prosecuted several appeals.

BUSINESS LAW: drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, incorporations and formations of limited liability companies, complex or simple business transactions (not including securities registration), litigation and commercial collections.

REAL ESTATE: residential and commercial transactions, and development, refinances, workouts

PROFESSIONAL MALPRACTICE: medical malpractice, dental malpractice, accounting malpractice (but not Attorney malpractice)

WILLS & PROBATE: preparation and revision of wills, living wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, probate court representation and litigation.
