BANKRUPTCY LAW

We represent consumers and businesses in bankruptcy proceedings, primarily of debtors. We deal with Chapters 7, 13, 11 as well as other contested adversary proceedings, learn more.

FORECLOSURE DEFENSE

We handle the task of preparing answers with special defenses, counterclaims, TILA and RESPA litigation and mediation. We also work with modifications such as HAMP modifications and forbearance agreements. On rare occasions short-sales or deeds in lieu will be negotiated but these are not usually in our clients’ interest.

BUSINESS LAW

We draft, review and negotiate contracts, incorporations and the formation of limited liability companies. We also consult on complex or simple business transactions (except for securities registrations) litigation and defense of collections.

REAL ESTATE

We consult in residential and commercial transactions, development, refinances and workouts. Real estate conveyancing is limited to current or former clients only.

WILLS & PROBATE

Skilled preparation and revision of wills, living wills, powers of attorney and estate planning.

CIVIL TRIALS

Representation before judge or jury, admitted in all Connecticut State and Federal Courts.
